The Waste Management My WM mobile app offers convenient account management on the go. It provides easy access, allowing you to log in with your wm.com email and password. If you don't have a My WM online account yet, you can easily register through the app.

• Manage Payments:
  The My WM app enables you to pay your bill, enroll in autopay or paperless billing, view your payment history, and cancel scheduled payments.
• Keep Track of Pickups:
  With the app, you can easily view your pickup schedule, report a missed pickup, request an extra pickup, check the estimated pickup time, and stay informed about holiday schedules and weather alerts.
• Manage Your Service Account:
  Take control of your waste management by managing or linking multiple accounts, adding or viewing payment methods, contacting customer support, and requesting a container repair.
• Edit Your My WM Profile:
  In the app, you can edit your profile settings, update your communication preferences, provide feedback, and receive alerts for reschedules, service delays, and general information.
• For Roll-Off Customers Only:
  If you are a roll-off customer, the My WM app allows you to easily request a roll-off pickup, view your roll-off history, copy or resubmit pickup requests, request removal or relocation of a roll-off container, and edit or cancel a roll-off request.
